Hampio collects only the information needed to provide accounts, memberships, payments, and game features.

Information we use

We may process your email address, account identifier, membership status, payment-related identifiers supplied by Stripe, the book-offer entry code used to reach Hampio, campaign source, anonymous campaign visitor identifier, campaign page/book/checkout events, and anonymous membership-offer visibility, button choices, sign-in step outcomes, and checkout progress, and basic service logs. Stripe processes card details; Hampio does not store complete card numbers.

How we use it

We use this information to sign you in, provide paid features, attribute book-reader and campaign offers, measure campaign visits, where visitors stop before purchasing, and confirmed memberships, prevent repeated discount use, support your account, and operate and improve Hampio. Discount protection may retain a one-way fingerprint of the membership email rather than another readable copy of the address.

Offer tracking uses a temporary browser-session identifier and records steps and broad failure categories. These event records do not include the name, email, sign-in code, typed form contents, or card details. Seeing an offer is measured when its heading or relevant price button is at least half visible for one second in an active tab; this is an estimate of visibility, not proof it was read.

Service providers

Hampio uses Supabase for accounts and data, Stripe for payments, and Resend for account email. Those providers process information under their own privacy terms.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account information by contacting support@playhampio.com. Some records may be retained when required for security, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

Material updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
